We’re thrilled to announce the expansion of Central Restaurants to three new locations across the country set to open in 2025. Building off the buzz from our Calgary Beltline location, we can’t wait to bring our diverse menu and expertly crafted cocktails to new neighbourhoods in Vancouver, Calgary, and Toronto. Get ready for more good food and good trouble.

Calgary Marda Loop

Located in the vibrant heart of Marda Loop, our second Central Calgary location will boast a mid-century modern aesthetic featuring iconic artwork. This location promises the perfect spot for all occasions, from Sunday brunch to lively happy hour. Enjoy sipping on an espresso martini from our rooftop patio or at our 360-degree bar.

Toronto Ossington

Recently named one of the coolest streets in the world, Ossington Ave in Toronto is set to welcome a new Central location. Our Ossington spot will feature a wrap-around bar and a street-style grunge aesthetic, perfectly complementing this eclectic and trendy community. Enjoy great food and delicious drinks in one of Toronto’s most vibrant neighbourhoods.

Vancouver burrard

Nestled in the bustling heart of downtown Vancouver, Central Burrard will bring a fresh and modern industrial vibe to the city's core. Featuring contemporary decor and a circular bar, this location is bound to be your go-to spot for lunch, dinner, and daily happy hour. Whether you need an afternoon pick-me-up or winding down after a day at the office, Central Burrard promises to deliver your favourites in a vibrant atmosphere. 

 

Each Central location will feature both indoor and patio seating with edgy decor and a relaxed vibe – perfect for all occasions. Get ready to savour some of our popular dishes like our lemon peppered calamari, Mexican street chicken, and lemongrass chicken noodle bowl. Complement your meal with one of our signature cocktails, such as our pineapple jalapeno margarita, tropical paloma slush, or strawberry basil sour. We can’t wait to welcome you!
